Which payment methods do you accept?

Orders are processed from the same day up to the next business day. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 4 business days in Italy and 3 to 5 worldwide, from dispatch. Selecting Express at checkout, where available, usually means 24 to 48 hours.

How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us immediately via site chat or email at info@lingerieharnessboutique.com. If the order has already shipped, we can’t modify it and you’ll need to place a new order.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

Use the carrier tracking. If it’s stuck or undelivered, contact support.

BRT Italy (DPD/SEUR to BRT): mybrt.it – after the carrier email you can choose: BRT Fermopoint pickup, change date or address, hold at depot.

We offer delivery customization for free and ship discreetly and anonymously; the sender on the box may appear as Informatica srl.

What should I do if I received a package damaged during transport?

The chance of receiving a package damaged during transport is very rare, but it may happen. Please take clear photos of the package and the product showing the damage, then contact our support within 24 hours of delivery so we can verify everything and arrange a replacement.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy for products not damaged during transport lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For eligible products, the 2-year legal warranty remains valid.
