When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed from the same day up to the next business day. Standard delivery is typically 3–4 business days in Italy and 3–5 worldwide (from dispatch). Selecting Express at checkout (where available) usually means 24/48 hours.

How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us immediately via site chat or email at info@lingerieharnessboutique.com. If the order has already shipped, we can’t modify it and you’ll need to place a new order.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

Use the carrier tracking. What should I do if my order arrived defective?

It’s rare, but can happen. Take clear photos of the defect and contact support; we’ll verify and arrange a prompt replacement/solution.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
