Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift Cards
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
Intimate items such as our body harnesses and lingerie
Items returned that smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor
Any items found marked with lipstick, deodorant or makeup
Refunds, exchanges and gift cards are only issued after we have investigated the issue.
After contacting us we will review your case and our team will decide whether you are eligible for a refund, gift card or exchange, as appropriate.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we investigate and reach a resolution, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Requesting Refunds

Gift Cards
If you are eligible for a gift card or have been offered one by our support team, it will be sent to your email and once received it is active and can be used at checkout.
