DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Order processing times may vary based on the time of entry of the same in our systems, from the same day of the order to a maximum of the working day following the order. In the event that it is not possible to ship within this time frame, you will be promptly notified by email. Processing the order will generate the shipment of the same, which will take place by entrusting the ordered products to the courier. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 3/4 working days in Italy and within 3/5 working days in the rest of the world, valid working days from the processing of the order.

The order can be delivered between 9:00 and 18:30 and a signature from a recipient will be required. Make sure that someone is present at the address provided to collect the package. If you are not present when the courier passes, a note will be left with the details to organize a new delivery.
