In these rankings the intensity of the tests increases as the days go by, starting from the first day with softer tests until reaching the maximum excitement on the last day.

It is important to take into account some fundamental rules before starting the challenge:

• It is important that before playing, the conditions of each player are discussed, each setting their own limits.
• Players must choose a safe word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions performed in each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants maintain a great deal of trust in each other.
• There must be a master and submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around your neck.
• It should not be tied tightly.
• It should be played with blunt-tipped scissors on hand in case the diver feels overwhelmed.
