What should I do if my order arrived defective?

It’s rare, but can happen. Take clear photos of the defect and contact support; we’ll verify and arrange a prompt replacement/solution.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After 14 days we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
