Which payment methods do you accept?

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed from the same day up to the next business day. Standard delivery is typically 3–4 business days in Italy and 3–5 worldwide (from dispatch). Selecting Express at checkout (where available) usually means 24/48 hours.

How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us immediately via site chat or email at info@lingerieharnessboutique.com. If the order has already shipped, we can’t modify it and you’ll need to place a new order.

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

Use the carrier tracking. If it’s stuck or undelivered, contact support.

BRT Italy (DPD/SEUR → BRT): mybrt.it – after the carrier email you can choose: BRT Fermopoint pickup, change date/address, hold at depot.

We offer delivery customization for free and ship discreetly & anonymously; the sender on the box may appear as Informatica srl.

Rest of world: DHL tracking · UPS tracking. If you used Shop Pay, track via the Shop app.

What should I do if my order arrived defective?

It’s rare, but can happen. Take clear photos of the defect and contact support; we’ll verify and arrange a prompt replacement/solution.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After 14 days we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Intimate items such as body harnesses and lingerie
Items smelling of perfume, tobacco, or body odour
Items marked by lipstick, deodorant, or makeup

Refunds, replacements and vouchers are issued only after inspection.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
