How can I modify an order I’ve already placed?

What if I haven’t received my order yet?

Use the carrier tracking. If it’s stuck or undelivered, contact support.

What should I do if my order arrived defective?

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After 14 days we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
