When will I receive my order?

Order processing times may vary based on the time of entry of the order into our systems, from the same day of the order to a maximum of the working day following the order. What do I do if I received a defective order?

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the item.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
